This offer cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions. Redemption: To redeem the free refill, present the completed punch card to a Broadmoor Heights employee. The free refill must be used on a single propane tank of 20 pounds or less. Limitations: Broadmoor Heights reserves the right to modify or cancel this offer at any time without notice. Broadmoor Heights is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged punch cards. Forged or altered punch cards will not be honored. Governing Law: This offer shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado. Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be resolved exclusively by arbitration.
